Ingredients • 2 onions, thinly sliced • 1 inch ginger, finely chopped • 2 green chilli, finely chopped • pinch of hing • 1/4 tsp ajwain • 1 cup besan • 2 tbsp rice flour • 1/2 tsp salt • oil for deep frying • few curry leaves, chopped • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped • 1/4 tsp haldi • 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder Method • Take a large bowl take 2 thinly sliced onions. • Add green chilli, few curry leaves, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 inch ginger, 1/4 tsp turmeric, '1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp ajwain and some hing. • Later add 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 cup besan and 1/2 tsp salt. • Mix it well • Squeeze out the onions without adding water till the moisture is released. combine till dough is formed. • Later on sprinkle few drops of water. take a ball sized pakoda dough and drop in hot oil. •To make it crispy don't add too much oil • Fry on medium flame till the pakoda turns crispy and golden brown. • Later drain the excess oil over kitchen paper and serve crispy hot onion pakoda with sauce or green chutney
